Real numbers deserve real context.

Important context: OPPAGA Report 10-06 (2010) analyzed 76,321 Florida Citizens claims from March 2008 through June 2009. The 747% figure applies only to its 2005-hurricane category; it is historical Florida evidence, not national or Nevada performance data, an individual average, or a promise of results. The observational study was limited to Citizens, does not establish causation, did not deduct public-adjuster fees, and found represented claims generally took longer. The displayed cases are independent of the OPPAGA statistic; every claim is different and past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
